How To Lodge A Support Ticket

We are with you every step of the way. If you run into any issues while using our platform, you can lodge a support ticket for us to follow up with. This post will talk you through how.

How To Lodge A Support Ticket

You can quickly lodge a Support Ticket from inside the Community Manager Dashboard as shown above.

  1. Click on Support in the top right hand corner.
  2. From here you can see ‘All Tickets’ lodged
  3. All ‘Open Tickets’
  4. All ‘Closed Tickets’
  5. You can also click, ‘New Ticket’ to lodge a new support ticket. This will take you to the Ticket Page as shown below.

Once in this page, enter a summary of the request, add a description and upload a photo / screen shot if relevant. When you click ‘Save’ this will lodge the request so you can track it’s progress in the Support Ticket Dashboard.
