Living the dream at Aura by Livewell Communities

Whilst down for the ACCPA 2022 conference, Pluss CEO, Mike, and Community Manager, Melanie, spent time visiting the lovely folk from Aura by Livewell Communities. When you walk around Aura, it’s one of those places where you quickly see yourself living there, with so many great facilities, friendly staff and residents who take the time to say hello and get to know you. We got to do some hands-on refresher training with reception staff and listen to their stories of what’s working, what could be improved and pick up the subtleties and nuances of the user experiences. Such vital information in continuingly looking to build and improve the platform performance and experience for our customers. 

We started working with Aura earlier in the year, whilst they were on their way to completing construction of their brand new retirement community. The team behind Aura were looking for a solution to run their retirement community and ensure they had a great platform to deliver instant communications and build a thriving community that residents could embrace. 

Charlie, Leah, Sherrie and the team were so enthusiastic from the get go and did a great job of onboarding their residents and staff in rapid time. Aura opened their doors to residents in late June 2022 and launched their Aura community app to new residents at the same time. They consistently hit 80% regular app usage amongst their residents. It speaks to the great community the Aura team has built and the enthusiasm of the residents to embrace new technology and make the most of life in community living.
