Create a survey.
To create a new survey, from the dashboard:
Click the ‘Surveys’ feature by clicking the link in the left side menu.
Select ‘New Survey’ at the top left of screen.
Add the name of your survey in the ‘Survey Name’ box.
Choose the question style for your first question:
Multiple Choice
Type your question in the ‘Question’ box.
Enter your description in the ‘Description’ box.
Enter the name for each different answer options.
Select ‘Add another option’ to continue adding different answer options (users can select multiple choice answers).
Paragraph
Type your question in the ‘Question’ box.
Enter your description in the ‘Description’ box.
Scale
Type your question in the ‘Question’ box.
Enter your description in the ‘Description’ box.
Users will select their response on the scale from 1-5 (poor to excellent).
Checkboxes
Type your question in the ‘Question’ box.
Enter your description in the ‘Description’ box.
Enter the name for each different answer options.
Select ‘Add another option’ to continue adding different answer options (users can only select one response).
Select ‘Add another question’ to add further questions to your survey.
Click the dash icon to delete a question.
Set the details of your survey in the right side menu:
Anonymous responses > select either yes or no.
Respondents can view results > select either yes or no.
Notification to be sent with this survey > select either yes or no.
Target audience > select all users or a custom audience group.
Starting date > select the starting date and time for this survey.
Closing date > select the closing date and time for this survey.
It’s now time to create your survey, by clicking the ‘Save’ button at the bottom right of screen.
Create a live poll.
To create a new live poll, from the Surveys dashboard:
Select ‘New Live Poll’ at the top left of screen.
Choose the question style for your live poll:
Multiple Choice
Type your question in the ‘Question’ box.
Enter your description in the ‘Description’ box.
Enter the name for each different answer options.
Select ‘Add another option’ to continue adding different answer options (users can select multiple choice answers).
Scale
Type your question in the ‘Question’ box.
Enter your description in the ‘Description’ box.

It’s now time to create your live poll, by clicking the ‘Save’ button at the bottom right of screen.
Explore the Surveys dashboard.
All of your surveys are listed in the ‘View Surveys’ dashboard.
To edit the survey click the pencil icon or click on the survey title.
To delete the survey click the dash icon.
Click on the graph icon to view analytics about your survey including survey responses. Here you can also perform further actions:
Export CSV > to export your results as a CSV file, click ‘Export CSV’.
All of your live polls are listed in the ‘View Live Polls’ dashboard.
To edit the live poll click the pencil icon or click on the live poll title.
To delete the live poll click the dash icon.
Click on the graph icon to view analytics about your live poll including poll responses. Here you can also perform further actions:
End Poll > click ‘End Poll’ when you are ready to end your live poll.
Embed Live Poll > embedding this URL will allow you to display live results for this poll within a browser window or a presentation.
