Create an alert (from the app).
To create an alert, from the dashboard:
Click the ‘Alerts’ feature by clicking the link in the left side menu.
Click ‘New Alert’ at the top left of screen.
Add the alert name in the ‘Title’ box.
Add a description about the alert in the ‘Text’ box.
Set your expiry date - alerts by default will be removed from users' notifications after one week.
Create an alert.
Further news options are available including:
Audience > Select your audience group, with the option of searching for a single user.
Publish Options > Select if you would like this to be an important alert and if you would like to publish it to TV Mode. Important alerts will lock the users home screen until they dismiss it.
It’s now time to send your alert as a push notification, by clicking the ‘Send’ button at the bottom right of screen.
Explore the Alerts dashboard.
All of your alerts are listed in the ‘View Alerts’ dashboard.
To edit the alert click the pencil icon or click on the alert title.
To delete the alert click the dash icon.

To send an alert:
Click the circled plus icon at the bottom right of screen.
Select ‘Alert’.
Add the name of your alert in the ‘Insert Alert Title’ box.
Add any further details in the ‘Add Alert Description’ box.
Set your expiry date - alerts by default will be removed from users' notifications after one week.
Select if you would like this to be an important alert - important alerts will lock the users home screen until they dismiss it.
Select if you would like this article to publish to TV Mode.
Choose your target audience - either all users or a custom audience.
It’s now time to send your alert, by clicking the ‘Save’ button at the top right of screen.
