Inviting users (bulk upload).
Members are the heart of your community, so it’s important to ensure that everyone is connected and active on your community’s app.
Let the team at Pluss Communities take care of inviting the members of your community to download and login to your app. Once all users have been added to Community Manager, a bulk email and / or SMS will be sent out, with a link and initial password for them to download the app and login.
We encourage you to download and share the ‘How to Join our Community’ flyer with all members of your community.

Inviting users (manually).
All users on your community’s app can be manually invited to join by sending them a welcome email or text.
To do this:
Select the ‘Users’ feature in the left side menu of the dashboard.
Click on the name of the user that you wish to invite.
Select ‘Send Welcome Email’ or ‘Send Welcome Text’ from the right side menu of the user’s profile.

All members of your community will receive a branded email inviting them to download the Pluss Communities app. To amend the details of the email, contact a member of the Pluss team.

You’ve been invited to [community name] app, a new community based app that’s aimed at bringing communities together by bringing you the latest news and events from your community so you’re always up to date with what’s happening where you live.
